Spirit In The Night and Thunder Road came out to play. Nice.

I heard Thunder Road at my first Bruce show back in '02, haven't heard it since. Which is kind of good, I guess, knowing he doesn't pull that one out for every single show, but I could never get sick of that song so if he plays it in two weeks I wouldn't complain.

i've been to see bruce 3 times now... still no thunder road or the river

Mind sharing the links? :flirt:

You know what? I have to take that back. I just went back to the site to click on the links and it just takes me to a page with info about the recording, not the actual recording itself.

:(

Oh well, I was interested to hear the Heatwave cover with Martha Reeves.

I'm pretty sure I have the Detroit VFC audio, I'll look for it when I get home ;) I was at that show-it was great! Because the Night w/ Michael Stipe

Going to get the Rolling Stone today :dancing:

My friend who was at the show Monday gave it a glowing review, and he's been seeing Bruce since Born in the USA.

He said he did Thunder Road for a kid whose dad took him to the show. It was a really cute story, the kid said it was his favorite song of all time, and Bruce asked how old he was and the kid answered "12". Bruce then said he hasn't done the song in about 5 years, and before that it was before the kid was even born, lol.
