Wouldn't a "winter mix" of "Girls in Their Summer Clothes" be an oxymoron? Did Bruce remix whilst eating jumbo shrimp?

Having those three Giants Stadium dates go on sale early was strange, considering no other dates are up yet (except for one in Milwaukee).

Then again, the dates have been coming in staggered throughout this whole tour, anyway.

Here's the best part:

He's been in the studio with E Street, along with Brendan O'Brien, who manned the boards for both Rising and Magic. The singer also is "recording on my own, for an acoustic record. I work on a lot of projects at once." But he acknowledges that he was excited by the pop-savvy songwriting and lustrous production that distinguished the tunes on Magic.

The guy seems to be in a recording groove at the moment. Keep it going, man!

No, he never has opening acts. In the past it would be because he just plays for too long, although on this tour the show is down to about 2 1/2 hours.
