Hi guys Graftoon St... I think I went there, and Tower Records. I wasn't terribly impressed with Ireland when I went. In fact, I think I'd be rather happy to not go back. The only interesting thing in that whole town (Dublin) was the old mummies which you can actually touch. I really don't want to offend any Irish people, but I think this site had built Ireland up and it just didn't live up to any ideal I must have set.

Oh, you're going to be tarred and feathered for your heresy now, Anna ...! I mean, how could you not love worshipping at the altars outside Bono's house, or the Bonavox store, or Hannover Quay?

Credit cards do have their uses, as long as you don't go nuts with them. I never spend more on my card than I can pay off quickly with real money.
My parents are completely paranoid when it comes to buying things online, though. Never mind that anyone in a shop you call on the phone, or even go into, could steal the number and use it anyway...

I need to have a shower, get dressed, PM the historian (which will take longer than I have time for lately because it involves crank starting my rusted brain), and make lunch for the ferals. I was to make by hand an Angelina costume for bookweek tomorrow, but today I thought "Fuck it. Spotlight can provide the tutu"

Last night was a write-off in many ways. Firstly the kids were mongrels, then the Swans lost, then I came on to play on here for a bit and have laughs before quitting on the day. I decided to have another couple but I only managed one drink before I got ill and then had to depart as quickly as I arrived. My stomach is still a bit 'how ya going' but it's nothing like last night.

Hopefully soon digital will be standard and everywhere, Ax, so you can get repeats and more off ABC!

Yeah, not too bad. Feeling pretty good, although I woke up early in the morning thinking that it was my lifelong destiny to throw up, but that didn't happen, so all's good. Went for a bit of a drive looking for a friend, apparently before I got there he got completely wasted and tripped over and smashed his face, or something. This is unreal, I only arrived at about 9 and that'd already happened. I don't know where he is now, I think he's going to text me about that.

I may not be keen on the Swans, but nobody deserves to get kicked by the bloody Magpies like that! It was depressing so I watched the Olympic handball instead. That was far more enjoyable.

See, I don't really want digital! I'm quite happy with my analogue TV and I certainly don't notice an improvement with digital that justifies me digging into my rather limited budget to upgrade. If I felt I were getting a far better product, I'd probably do it, but for now, I'm content with what I have. It's just a bit frustrating that it excludes me from ABC2 and stuff.
