(upon reading the thread, I see that HeadsOnSticks has already recommended Daydream Nation.)

I would like to second the opinion of my esteemed colleague HeadsOnSticks and recommend Daydream Nation. After that you can pick up Sister. Then... but I don't want to get carried away. Just remember: Daydream Nation!
