I was just going to say that

(although, the context might permit various spellings of the lyrics... I thought I'd keep it tame, and allow for interpretation)...

That song is by Kajagoogoo (over however the you spell it). That band had some weird hair.

I remembered after I posted... thank you for making me feel less obscure. Gotta love those one-hit wonders.

does anyone remember that song "Return of the Mack"?

I heard that its a stalker song, that this singer had a restraining order and broke it, got sent to prison for it, and when he got out he wrote that song.

If you think of it that way, the lyrics are creepy......

i gotta go find em....

Wow. I did not know that.

I'm not gonna hear that song the same way again.

Another song that's perfect: "Psycho Killer" by the Talking Heads.

Geez, that opening bass is enough to make me think of a stalker following someone late at night.

And then there's "Night Prowler" by AC/DC, that could work, too.

“Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe.”
