Songs in Commercials

As tv becomes the new radio, these sites have been popping up.

They track songs used in commercials/TV shows/movies. It's really quite interesting as I've hunted down a few tracks that caught my ear while watching TV or a movie.

You could make an entire CD just from songs in VW commercials...

Yeah. VW have a very hip ad agency.

You could also make a REALLY good CD from that tv show CSI.

I discovered The Cure thanks to the old Hewlitt-Packard commercials! THey used "pictures of you" about 2 years ago.

I know that this season for The Sopranos they would have links to iTunes so people could buy the songs used in that night's episode. Pretty cool.
