I'd say Purple Rain should be your closing song.

Derek & The Dominoes - Let It Rain

And if you want a beautiful instrumental...

Moby - The Rain Falls and the Sky Shudders

ooh, a must:

The Raindrop Prelude - Frederic Chopin

And if you don't have 'Singin' in the Rain' on your disc, i will just shake my head i mean, come on, it is the rain song

'Protection' by Masive Attack (with Tracey from Everything But The Girl singing), not quite about rain but it samples some rain effects at the end and evokes loads of images of rain.

Tom McRae's 'Sao Paulo Rain' is a wonderful song.

And of course (and I'm not being sarcastic here) 'Rainy Days and Mondays' is lovely, if a little cheesy 70s pop.
