ONE love, blood, life
i just want you all to know a few things.
so listen to me.
read every word carefully (i know you always do, but perhaps read this twice).
sometimes you're in the wrong. sometimes you're the bad one, guys.
every situation needs a bad guy. there is a black and a white through processes of elimination.
sometimes you have to be mean to be kind.
sometimes down is up, and that might be another flagrant radiohead reference, but it helps my point.
take for example the following
you get on great with a female
she has a boyfriend
you're a bit confused how you feel
but she's starting to like you
uh oh, guys! uh oh!
it's time to make sure she doesn't do something she'll regret.
in this case, you must become, voluntarily no less, the bad guy.
you must begin to show her that you're no longer interested and that everything she does is of no consequence.
at first she'll be upset by the lack of attention you're giving her...
but LATER
she'll thank you for saving her romance from a ridiculous affair.
yes, that's right.
the trials and tribulations of north americans in europe are comical, teenage and embarrassing.
so is life.
every situation of complication requires a bad guy.
or girl.
like my exgirlfriend, guys.
she's a really bad guy.
but she NEEDS to be a bad guy so that i get over her sooner.
i hate it
but it's for the greater good, guys.
