I need help because I'm indecisive. I'm thinking about buying this bass: Squier Affinity P-Bass. Should I? I know nothing about basses. I have no musical ability and very little money, so I don't think I should spend too much on a bass and equipment, but I really, really want one. Also, has anyone had any experience buying instruments from online dealers? Thanks!

[I just realized that this may be in the wrong forum. Maybe.]

Squier is the budget division of Fender.

If it were me, I think I'd shop around for a used Fender bass (classified ads on www.harmony-central.com eBay, etc.) rather than get a new Squier.
