I don't have my own car, but we've been through our share of crappy family cars:

The Valiant

I've never had a car or even a family car to use. However, when I was little I had a hot pink banana seat bike. These days I walk or bike (my current bike is a LOT better than my first one!). There's this funny dude on campus that's obsessed with Ralph Nader and he rides his bike everywhere, even in the busy streets and he's got this sign attached to it that says "One Less Car".

Our family minivan that my little bro was allowed to use (he hangs drywall) exploded on the highway the other day. I'm sure THAT was embarassing!
