Yeah, it rejected four of my photos, though in my opinion they were very good closeups of my face, until I finally found a photo it was willing to process. And it took ages. Weird thing.

E.T.A. my damn keyboard is the problem, not me....it's not responding when I use certain keys, even AFTER reinstalling the software for it!!

Do you have an 'F Lock' key? If so, unlock it, hit the PrtScn (print screen) key, and relock it. Then paste into paint program.
