I admire and respect Sigur Ros, but I can't make myself to listen to them more than 20 minutes. Still, those 20 minutes are pretty much amazing. Bare Ass is great. Especially track 2, Ara Batur and Festival.

I was very dissapointed by the album packaging. Sure, the artwork is great, but after buying the CD and getting nothing more than a glorified slipcase, bah. I should have just waited for the vinyl.

One of my friends pointed out to me the similarities between Illgresi and the actual song Heima (of which I've been singing praises to deaf ears here for months).

Which song would you use to introduce Sigur Rós to someone? It's for a mix and I'm trying to pick just one song. I've tried a few things and keep coming back to Starálfur. But I need input from the experts.
