Show the RIAA what loving music is all about

http://www.justafan.org/

Some friends of mine put this project together on behalf of the Wilco fan community (and, really, the whole music fan community). I think it's a fantastic idea. Supporting a great cause, and giving the RIAA a piece of our minds at the same time.

It's been written up in Rolling Stone already -

We should spread it to as many music forums as possible.

Good thinking, zoney! It's raised almost $2,000 for Doctors Without Borders in just 2 days ... I really, really hope people keep donating, and it keeps getting press. Screw you, RIAA! Nyah! Music fans rock!

Great idea!

Maybe instead of bands selling their live shows via itunes and similar services, this could be used as well.
