I'm not asking whether it is right of wrong, just whether it should be legal or not.
What do you think?
As far as I'm concerned the arguments for are:
1) It lets you regulate the trade, it's going to happen anyway, it might as well be done in a safe and controlled environment.
2) Government can tax it and make some money of it, and stop taxing the rest of us so much.
3) It reduces the associations with organised crime, and makes it harder for criminal elements to control it.
4) It's none of the government's business to tell me what I can or can't do with my body, including sell it.
