That will never happen, USA teams belong to the old CONCACAF, and UEFA of course will only laugh if anyone ever had this idea.

Morelia a middle table mexican team, beat kansas City 6-1.
Even for argentinans and brazilian clubs it would be hard to compete with the big teams of Europe.
MLS still has a loooooong way to go to provide good quality of football.
