In all honesty? The episode is seriously disturbing. I believe (if I am not mistaken) that it earned the TV-MA rating and was the only one that I know of to have it, as the rest are usually TV-14. What with all the inbreeding and the beating and everything, it's just horrid.

In all honesty, it is probably my least favourite episode, period. It's one I'll pass up if it's on. I think I've sat through it maybe once, twice at best.
