wink

good thread idea!

1) electrical storm, any of the four versions i have.

2) clinic - walking with thee

3) radiohead - up on the ladder, 2+2=5, my iron lung, i might be wrong, how to disappear completely, like spinning plates...

4) future sound of london - papua new guinea, we have explosive, lifeforms.

5) i just downloaded hallelujah by jeff buckley...cant say im that thrilled by it. great lyrics though. very nice gospel tinge.

6) i also just downloaded politik by coldplay. its like...yellow, but pollished. few chord progressions, but that doesnt mean its a bad thing. i dunno, its not nearly as good as people made it sound to be, but it certainly isnt bad.

7) sigur ros - olsen olsen

thats about it for now.

- annie lennox/eurythmics
- roxy music
- beastie boys
- heart
- inxs
- def leppard
- wham
- lots of 80's one hit wonders/other stuff (e.g. falco, johnny hates jazz, the fixx, squeeze, abc)

Monamoanamonamoanamona, how do you like Silverchair? I've heard really good reviews, and I'm tempted to just buy their new album because the reviews are so good, but I've never even heard *one* of their songs. My computer is so bad I can't really download any mp3s.

I remember hearing a Silverchair interview thing when they were on Rockline and this is the one song I heard. It completely blew me away. The voice is just amazing. I don't know much about the band or the rest of their music though. I'll have to look into it.....
