Are there any other Sean O'Casey fans here? He wrote one of my favorite plays "Shadow of a Gunman". I saw it at Trinity College Dublin.

Sure, Sean is my favorite Reds player....

Oh, for heaven's sakes. I'm not up on my baseball players, and I even like baseball. The playwright Sean O'Casey was a working class kid from North Dublin, just like Bono.

I loved Shadow of A Gunman
I read some of his plays while I was studying A-level English.

I can relate to the poet character in "Shadow of a Gunman". He's disgusted with the ugly side of politics because he's looking for beauty. This really is the case for any artist in the sense that we are looking for beauty. Sometimes the ugliness of "real life" can get to be pretty painful.
