Did you notice Eddie Vedder onstage singing during "It's The End of The World As We Know It (and i feel fine)? He has blonde hair now. Too funny.

I feel really stupid having seen Eddie and not realizing it was him.
It sure as fuck didn't look like him to me, I thought it was just some random guy lol
The beer in his hand thru me off, cuz I didn't think he drank any more.

And btw IWB I also saw Bad Religion that day :)
Greg was particularly funny in his onstage banter.

I spent a good hour at the Bjork concert trying to decide if I was sitting beside Eddie Vedder or not. I had a moment giggling to myself thinking, "Is that really Eddie Vedder saving my seat for me while I go to the bathroom?" I mean, the resemblance was absolutely uncanny, but in the end I decided the real Eddie Vedder would have been just slightly more sparkly, you know, that special je ne sais quois, that star quality thing.

Anyway, glad you enjoyed the show. Missing REM and Radiohead this year are my two very sad missed opportunities.

woohoo! I have tickets for next month and can't wait! i'm also thinking of heading to their concert at rock center for the today show. dorky, i know, but the show is free so what the heck.

I was at the show too. I was COMPLETELY blown away. The set list was more than any fan could have hoped for.

To actually get Find the River AND Nightswimming and Fall on Me and Don't Go Back to Rockville in one show is just unbelievable.

I am still in shock.

!!

That setlist !!!!! Like everyone has said....sounds AMAZING
now I'm really pissed it looks like I wont be seeing them....

sounds like a great show! I Beleive, Nightswimming, Driver 8, Exhuming McCarthy....Seen them 6 times and never had setlist like THAT!!

So, I should have been at the show last night in St. Paul.

I read the review just now....only 8,000 people were at the show. WTF?

What have the other shows been like? I thought REM would draw more than that in Minneapolis. That is poor.

Yeah, the concert didn't seem like it was even half full, but I might be wrong (I didn't spend a lot of time watching the crowds). Sad, because they were very good IMO. I don't think it was advertised very well. I bought my tickets the day before, and I got pretty good seats (not sure what row and such, but they were in the second to last row, pretty close). So unless they released some tickets at the last minute, it shows even more that it didn't sell all that well.
