"It's a party, girl", that's a good background chant. Song is kind of smooth. You can kind of chill dance to this. There's a little '70's disco flavor going on here. Hook and chorus dominant, but the hooks and chorus aren't good enough to dominate this much. Guy can't sing, either. Really thin voice with no grooviness in there. Why do they people like this sing?

kinda like ashlee simpson and jessica.
