Russian Hats...

Ok, last week I set my girlfriend a task. Within seven days, she had to find the traditional name of those big fury Russian hats. I was set the same task a while back and got the answer via a Russian person I met in a bar, alas, I have forgotten it!

So, I need your help....

Does anyone know the name of these hats? Please feel free to take this on as your own weekly task.

Well in Russia (and Russian) they call them shapka's. (the 'a' pronounced like in the word australia )
