thursday i umm...fuck i can't remember what i did. oh yeah, i went downtown to the movies and saw breakfast at tiffany's. friday we took my dad out for father's day. it was fun.

sadly, i am not exaggerating. well, maybe a little. work has been very crazy lately and i'll enjoy the break, even though the circumstances aren't great.

My foot's really sore today (almost to the point where I can't go up and down the stairs), and I have a Father's Day meal thing at my aunt and uncle's that I don't really want to go to tonight, because this girl I had an enormous crush on last summer (who had a boyfriend) asked me last night if I wanted to go out some time this week (she no longer has the boyfriend) now that I'm back in town. Well, I want to go tonight, but this stupid meal is getting in my way, and now I'm going to have to wait until at least Thursday.

You still aren't done school? Or are you taking a bunch of summer classes? June is awfully late to have that much to do.

You're young - Thursday'll be here before you know it.

Well, considering my part-time status with classes, I have until next fall before I graduate. I took spring classes and the semester ends in one week.

Yeah, "Steve" wanted mullet pics from the races, but sadly there were none.

I went to two different street/art festivals here in Chicago with a coworker. It was nice to spend a few hours strolling around outside.

The weather was gorgeous all over this weekend.

i was all sorts of productive today. i did laundry, cleaned, and drove around to charge my phone. basically everything but study har har har. now i'm kicking back with a nice cool magic hat.
