Night Ali, have a good one!

Hey, er - I sort of missed some of that before, who was it you were talking about, the Canadian dame who posted the average purity score?

thats what i thought , i wasnt quite sure what you meant.

is emo part of that new wave thing though ?

meh i dunno .

TAKE THAT BACK THIS INSTANT

Emo and New Wave are nothing alike :grumpy:

listening to how to make gravy by paul kelly

bono212 do you want to take a stab at how much a bear weighs?

Enoguh to break the ice, if it's a polar bear

Ax, what's your Achtung tracklisting?

1. Zoo Station
2. Until The End Of The World
3. The Fly
4. Even Better Than The Real Thing
5. Mysterious Ways
6. Lady With The Spinning Head
7. Where Did It All Go Wrong?
8. Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
9. Slow Dancing
10. Wild Irish Rose
11. Alex Descends Into Hell For A Bottle Of Milk/Korova 1
12. Acrobat
13. Love Is Blindness

I envisage Slow Dancing as a proper full band version, like the 31 October 2001 performance, rather than just Bono and Edge. I prefer to pretend the Willie Nelson version never happened.

A beer... ah, I was taking photos of a grizzly at the Melbourne zoo a couple of days ago... so beautiful, came up nice and close, too.

I'd guess a male grizzly would be up around 800kg?

I'll have to try that out sometime

wow, like an english speaking part, or... i just find it amazing cos im trying to learn italian, and if i came onto an italian forum, i would be so lost

If I have learnt one thing about Europeans (especially, it seems, those from the Netherlands and the Scandinavian countries), their ability with English and other languages not native to their country just makes the knowledge of other languages by Aussies and Kiwis look like such total shit.

And makes the knowledge of English of half of the population of Australia and New Zealand look like total shit too ...

I've never been to Australia or New Zealand for that matter so I wouldn't know

Oui.

Believe it or not, emo evolved out of hardcore punk. The original true emo sounds absolutely NOTHING like this crass, commercialised, whiny bullshit that today is called emo.
