Rock's greatest instrumentals

What do you all think are the greatest instrumentals in rock history? I'll define instrumental as at least a one minute section of it's host song.

Off the top of my head, I'll go with "Light My Fire" by the Doors. That instrumental section has got to be the best piece of organ/keyboard playing in rock history. The bass line is real tight during that section, also. Plus, I like the Doors alot better when Jim Morrison is held in check. He doesn't dominate this song at all.

People will probably laugh at this, but I love Eric Clapton's guitar solo in the beginning of 'I Wish it Would Rain Down' by Phil Collins.

Agreed with the Tool mention. There's a good chance my choices might exceed the one minute stipulation...

Tea For One- Led Zeppelin
In My Time of Dying- Led Zeppelin
Staralfur- Sigur Ros and Njosnavelin- Sigur Ros (I'll cheat by saying that the vocals are essentially an instrument)
Miranda That Ghost Just Isn't Holy Anymore- The Mars Volta
The Walls Get Smaller- The Music
The Sea Is In Here- The Mercury Program
Nancy And The Girdle Boy- KC Accidental
Greet Death- Explosions in the Sky
Pitter Patter Goes My Heart- Broken Social Scene
I Slept With Bonhomme at the CBC- Broken Social Scene

And anything by Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

I'm kind of into instrumentals at the moment.

My one minute stipulation was meant as a minimum, not a maximum. So by all means, bring on the long instrumental sections. Just make sure they're great---lol.

I'd go for that, along with Speed of Life, & A New Career in A New Town, both by Bowie, from the exceptional Low album
