Denver, that's pretty close to Utah. I'll be sure to send all my weird vibes in that direction.

The furthest I've gone is St. Louis to see U2. But this fall, I'm going from Minneapolis to Denver to see Wilco open for R.E.M at Red Rocks. Did I mention this will be after school started? Unhealthy obsession? What?

I made a road trip to Mesa, AZ. to see Audioslave. Long drive, fantastic concert.

It used to be that music fans in Oklahoma had to travel far and wide to see anyone decent. Thank goodness they built the new Ford Center downtown. Lots of big acts have been playing there, so I hope U2 will think of stopping by on their next tour.

One of my favorite artists, Angie Aparo, is going to be in Dallas soon. But it's a week night and a three hour drive. Guess I'm not as obsessed as I could be!

*still contemplates going

Angie! He's got a new album coming out soon, and supposedly some of the new songs are available for downloading on his website and/or the fan club site.

Don't feel bad...even I can still get lost downtown, especially when I'm trying to park. One-way streets = plus all the construction =

I have flown too [insert city below] to see bands:

Chicago
Vegas
Atlanta/Charlotte
Toronto
Washington D.C.
and now Denver.

Here is the scary thing - the majority of these trips count for two bands.
