The Cure-Before Three. I haven't allowed myself to listen to the stream of the new album yet, so I've just settled for listening to Coachella over and over and over again...

ok ok...i know i seriously stop mentioning these guys, but i can't get enough of "hot fuss" by the killers. i've been listening to this album so much that it's made me nostalgic enough to break out all my favorite new wave albums. and to me that's a good good thing, because the 80's, frankly, are so very choice. on a side note: i'm not sure if i've mentioned him before or if anyone else has but a really really fantastic album that borrows heavily from new wave is "shifting skin" by on. on is basically ken andrews from faliure. the album came out a couple of years ago, but he's been too busy producing other artists like pete yorn to finish the next disc. check em out.
