I can not blame this on the mini fahs I was talking to my boss yesterday and he said that over the past week a few co-workers appeared to have the same thing so I'm beginning to think that it wasn't the turkey sausage I ate

Saltine crackers and poached egg on toast appear to be the only things that want to stay inside me. But on the positive side I went to my weight watchers meeting this morning and I had last almost 2 pounds
