We had that last year actually along with a huge ice storm...a bunch of people were out of power for a few days over the whole holiday. One of my friends had Christmas at the Motel 6 with take out Chinease for dinner.

We had some snow on the ground until yesterday. I was glad to get rid of the cold temps but it would have been nice to keep some of the white stuff for today.

A handful of gas stations

some more convenience stores

we're allowed to leave the state of tennessee four times a year..they like us to go out and get an edumication, see the world..

yes, i've been in the state a few times, mostly traveling through, but spent a week outside of Cleveland on the east side..

been through your state many times on the way to Atlanta.

I figured to know Dublin that you must have driven through Columbus to know it.

Actually, the last time i drove through Colombus there was a Phish concert and the traffic was horrible.....lol

We were travelling with a group and I was the first one to guess what the long back-up was for.....I guess all the Greatful Dead stickers were a give away....

Sort of like the nasty traffic one finds in Atlanta...

Must have been up at Polaris on the north end of the city....there can be some back up if you hit concert traffic there.

Atlanta traffic was bad when I lived there and that's been awhile back so I bet it's even worse now.

Besides going there on 11/18 and 11/19, what a freakin joy...lol

I've had to make several business trips there over the last few months and I have to say I hate the traffic there..


The perfect Christmas gift for those in Atlanta would be no more traffic jams..lol

People in Atlanta have been too naughty for Santa to give them that gift..
