I took my first full week off work in a year! I work today at Job 2 for a few hours and then I have a rush of last minutes tasks to get done before company arrives.

Just spent a lovely day running around town with ARW and then we met up with CF and J for dinner and tomorrow it's on to see the King!

I still need to finish packing.

Yes, and we are expecting snow here by the end of the week! Hopefully thats it until next December!

I also accidently wacked myself in the face so hard I thought for a few seconds that I broke my nose . I'm very good at injuring myself in stupid ways .

And, on April 1st it snowed here too...yeah, there I was in my kitchen when the mini fahs and Mr fah said 'its snowing'. Well I didn't believe them because I didn't want to be the April fool but sure enough...big fat snowdrops

It is supposed to get upto 22C (74F) this weekend

This is kind of weird - our local weather guy killed himself (not on air thank goodness ). They just announced it on the 6 p.m. news.

Very talented . I was petting my cat when she made a weird noise. It startled me and I drew my hand back really fast - right into my face. I basically punched myself in the face .

Last year Oahu dumped sewage into the canal and ocean right before I went
This year my city has tried to cheer me up and has done the same thing. It is just like being in Hawaii again.............except for the no leaves on the trees and the 33 degree temp the brown water / sarcasm
