The last few moments of my life:

We (9 year old mini fah and myself) go into bedroom.
We sit down on bed
Mini fah is lying back with her foot on my knee
I 'look' at her toe and she screams 'OWWWWWWWWWWWW'
Really, I was only looking at it.
I get the nail clippers.
I start to clip.
I do the best job a Mom can do.
There is still a tiny part left that has to go but it is still attached to skin.
I have decided to let nature take it's course.

~5 hours in emergency ~

only once have i bled that much and unfortunately i was unconscious and don't remember much of when i was conscious. it's a shame.
