How was the wedding?

It was better than I expected. I nearly fell asleep during the wedding ceremony (I got 3 hours of sleep the night prior to the wedding ), but the reception was a blast! A mariachi band serenaded "Happy Birthday" to my mom since her birthday was the same day as the wedding. It was a relief to see her genuinely happy since the wedding was majorly stressing her out last week.

My dad's getting prints done sometime this week. I'd load the pictures from his digicam on my computer but the the USB cord/photo software is at his desk at work.

my mom just called to tell me that she and my dad want to give me $100. I know they don't have a lot to spare so I'm really surprised. But she also really wants me to make sure I buy gifts for everyone so this will help. I'm going to cry now

I did a Google image search on "Black Valley Ireland" it actually looks kind of pretty...I don't even know my grandmother's maiden name so it wouldn't do any good to go look for them anyway! "Anyone here know Peg's mom or dad?"

I think I'm going myself since there are storms heading our way with torrential downpours and damaging winds to get here between 1 and 3am which means I will wake up and not get back to sleep and then I have the whole rental car issue to deal with so there will be no napping for Kariann tomorrow.
