audioscrobbler is pissing me off too. it isn't listing a song i just listened to. i listened to the whole thing without hitting skip or pause or anything too.

Audioscrobbler has been a huge disappointment lately.

Tell me about it! First they incorporate banner ads, then it's randomally skipping songs, and now there's apparently an error with my play count.
