No doubt slang can be hilarious, it was just an observation, though now that I think about it a lot of it comes down to idioms and so there's plenty more distinctly North American slang than I was counting as such.

The first two Ratatat albums are still quite a bit of fun. As weird as this is to say, the most nuts I've ever seen a crowd get during a concert may very well have been when they played "Lex" when I saw them 2006/2007-ish. Every single person there was smiling, dancing, head-banging, pounding their fists in the air (pre-Pitbull), and cheering like mad to the performance. Good times.

Too bad the last two albums stunk.
