When I finish the book I'm currently working on (nearing the halfway point on it, methinks, maybe closer to 1/3), I think I'm going to write a book inspired by Kaputt. Not the lyrics specifically, but that feel. A bit noir-ish, lots of late nights and drinking. A 30-something insomniac with no direction in life. Really Hemingway. It'll probably be terrible, but I like that I have any ideas in my head whatsoever.
