Radiohead’s PR did however confirm that the album was finished.

One bright spot in the grey cloud.

They better not have been tinkering around and over-producing this album or we will end up with something as shiny, plastic-y and polished as HTDAAB!

You know what? Radiohead should just fucking leak the album already. It's finished, now it's all about management getting the right record deal.

Most of the diehards have been waiting 5 years (longer than a fucking U2 album!!!)

I don't know about you guys, but I'd still buy the album regardless of getting a leak or not.

They should just distribute the damn album themselves.

You know they can afford it. They could have the damn thing out in two months. Hell, they could just distribute it through iTunes or something.

 Radiohead should just do a Wilco and release it on their website and, in doing so, basically tell every record company in the business to go fall in a ditch.

Radiohead are losing credibility, how does it take 3 years to record and release an album, particularly when they debuted about 7 or 8 of them live 2 years before the album's scheduled release date.

Here they are letting a finished album sit on a shelf because they haven't yet gotten a record deal to their liking. And RH was supposed to be so anti-establishment and everything.

Exactly!!!

Those are fairly strong endorsements. What caught my eye about it was Gagging Order, which Lance has lauded quite frequently around these parts.
