Hmm.

I think I'm going to have to agree with namkcuR wholly now.

Reckoner is definitely my favorite song on this album.

Everytime someone writes "Reckoner" I say "pa pa pa pa!" in my head. It's getting to be annoying.

Perhaps this will end up being my favourite Radiohead album. Obviously it's too early to say, but I don't think I listened to any of their other albums nonstop like this when I got them.

The same thing happened to me (and it was beautiful here as well). As much as I admire the pure artistic quality of OK Computer and Kid A, this album has a certain feel and atmosphere that are stunning and make me feel great!

I posted this here last night but it was nearly 4:30am and I really don't think anybody saw it, so I'll say it again:

You know what All I Need is like?

It sounds like(and I'm not talking about lyrics here, I'm talking about the music) two lovers in foreplay...perhaps standing close to each other, facing each other, whispering stuff to each other, stroking each other's face, each slowly putting their hands on each other, both thinking to themselves about whether they should go through with it...and then the last minute when it explodes is these two finally giving in, tearing off clothes, falling onto a bed, doing the deed, etc. You get the picture.

Ok, that imagery was probably uncomfortable to read, but that's what the music sounds like to me.

I'm finally listening to it, and am about halfway through. (Now, bear in mind this is coming from someone who's not a Radiohead fanatic. )

It's pretty good! The first few songs didn't do much for me, but I've hit a string of songs that are making me think the album will be a grower for me.

Very similar to what I said a long time ago about the Wilco song "At Least That's What You Said," except it starts with a fight that leads to make-up sex.

I read it last night, I just didn't have time to respond because I had to take a shower after your graphic and disturbing FILTH.

I think this might end up being my second favorite Radiohead album. I have tried hard in the past 48 hours to deny this, but I just can't.

I continue to be blown away by Reckoner. I have never felt this way about a Radiohead song since Let Down. Their songs usually take some time to appreciate for the most part. Well, ever since first listen, Reckoner just nails it for me just as Let Down still does.

Plus, I have yet to find a skipper on this album. Something I easily find on a Radiohead album. Incredible.

Is "stubby dick" slang for something or does it mean what I think it means?

I'm afraid to google it.
