Quick question, see pop-up ads?

Do u choose the sponsor?
Or do they revolve round so that any, just any ad pops up!

Reason I ask is cause Im part of a car-forum, and its the first (really) forum I have found that recently (where all others have the same pop-ups) this one has a naughty pop-up in it!!!!!!!!!

It's funny you mention this because
yesterday I was online doing taxes
(TurboTax-FREE!) and this "I'm blah-
blah, I love to chat with you, blah blah"
pop-up popped up.
I asked my brother:"who hell is this?"
He laughed and said it was from a
Prono website!
