What's chai like? Goodness knows I've made it hundreds of times, but never tried it.

SFO was a good airport apart from the bloody customs staff who could barely speak a word of English. One minute, I'm trying to work out what this lady wanted, next she's grabbing my hand and fingerprinting and photographing me. I hate to think what that photo of me looks like. Bloody paranoid Yanks and their maximum security prisonports.

why the hell not?

well this is dunkin donuts' bastardized vanilla chai, so it's very sweet and tastes like vanilla and chai. uuuuuh don't know how to describe it better but it's delightful, particularly if you don't like coffee, as it is nothing like coffee.

Regular chai is also good, especially if brewed in milk or with lots of milk (usually i don't put milk in my tea, yeah, i'm weird/lazy).

didn't know the us photographed AND printed, but i guess it doesn't surprise me, we're assholes. thailand is the only place i've ever been photographed at customs, entering AND leaving (what if i'd wanted to have a nose job on the cheap?). it kinda weirded me out, yeah.

Don't know, it smells nice but I've always gone for coffee instead. Probably cause I enjoy the challenge of making a coffee well.

I read this as "got a history exam tomorrow" TWICE until I read it correctly in a quote. Yeah, I'm in the phase of exhaustion where I start seeing things.

Happened to us too. Also happens in Cambodia from what I remember.

well it tastes as nice/nicer than it smells. try some! it's a nice change from coffee, less bitter, more spicy, and your breath smells better with it.

weird fact: twice recently after i've had coffee from our dining hall eits guy has said my breath smells/tastes like hot dogs.

Yeah, the US takes prints of two fingers and does a photo. I wonder if I was even looking at the camera. She was fucking useless.

And they take a photo when you LEAVE in Thailand? WTF. I don't even see what the bloody point is.
