Please help identify a song

I've heard this song played about gazillion times on the radio while I'm at work, and I've been driving myself mad trying to guess who sings it. It has a grungy sort of feel, and the guy sounds a lot like Eddie Vedder (in fact, I thought that maybe it's a Pearl Jam song, but then there're so many Eddie sound-alikes out there).

Can't remember the lyrics very well, but there's a line which goes something like, "this is how you remind me of what I really am", and then the singer repeats it several times before launching into chorus.

"How You Remind Me" by Nickelback?

------------------
"I don't know you,
But you don't know the half of it..."
