With apologies to Aardvark, it's got to be Terminal Frost this time around.

All of these tracks are the same; 80's pop mush with some prog inflections. None of them really go anywhere, and when they do, they still sound awfully cheesy. Learning To Fly and Terminal Frost are probably the best.

I think I'm going to hold off on voting this round. :slant: Sorrow is too long and On The Turning Away takes a decade to get going.

I always hear you complain about songs that are too long. :tsk:

You gotta appreciate the ones that have the balls to stretch out musically.

As for this, I love these remaining songs. They are all very good, but I'll have to go with Terminal Frost here.

I'm trying to figure out what problem people have with On The Turning Away and I can't.

This is truly the only messageboard I know where this song is not considered a great one.

It's not about how bad Turning Away is. It's about how impressive Terminal Frost is.

It is the lyrics - maudlin and, generally speaking, inane. This song is the strongest case that can possibly be made for the impact of Roger's absence, in my opinion at least. It might have been great.
