I read the other day that Dogs of War was, in 1989, voted the worst Pink Floyd song ever made.

Ouch.

Ouch.
Clearly some people had never heard some of the rubbish on The Wall or The Final Cut.

PS It's A Momentary Lapse Of Reason.

Ian McCulloch the U2 fan:
"Who buys U2 records anyway? It's just music for plumbers and bricklayers. Bono, what a slob. You'd think with all that climbing about he does, he'd look real fit and that. But he's real fat, y'know. Reminds me of a soddin' mountain goat."
"And as for Bono, he needs a colostomy bag for his mouth."

A New Machine. Even worse than the boring Dogs of War.

Dogs Of War again.

And COBL, it's On The Turning Away. Since it's one of the best songs on the album and will be around until the end, I figure you'll get another chance.

Ooh, votes are tied! Wouldn't it be nice if we could get rid of them both at the same time?

Dogs of Life is terrible, while New Machine is pointless.

I agree.

How about we just chuck out everything that isn't Learning To Fly, On The Turning Away, and Sorrow, and have a real competition?

Not anymore!

I had to go with Dogs of War again. I know New Machine is not even a song, but Part 1 leads beautifully into one of my fave Floyd songs....

The Dogs Of War and A New Machine (Part 1) are even now. We can move on.
