Ok, so I'm running out of movies I've been meaning to see that Hollywood Video can provide me. They don't have Casino! (Someone broke it, and they haven't received a replacement copy yet). Anything any of you think I really ought to see?

By the way, I just remembered. I rented Bottle Rocket about a month ago, and I fell asleep watching it, and had to take it back. I rented it again yesterday and fell asleep watching it, so I started again...and fell asleep watching it. A third time I tried, and fell asleep.

I'm actually contemplating trying again.

Just go onto Wes Anderson's other movies if you don't like it. I'm a fan, but it's my least favorite of his work, still an impressive debut though.

The worst widescreen picture I've ever seen is on the Great Escape DVD. My God, the actual picture is minuscule compared to the huge bars on either side. I have to squint to make out what's going on. Most of the time it doesn't bother me.

uhh yeah it's been gone for a while

they have a new system with images on sigs. you have to go to your user cp and upload the pic there, and use the image with the tag [sigpic] [/sigpic]

i can't use the image i had because last.fm sigs don't work. oh well.

I knew SOMETHING was wrong.

All you have to do is reupload your sig from your comp rather then a website.

The metaphor ended because the old man is lacking comprehension. He's losing it a bit. Misplaces things: glasses, got milk signatures, money. It's part of getting old.

That's probably his best overall film, either that or Rushmore. The Life Aquatic is my personal favorite, however, and The Darjeeling Limited is pretty damn good as well.
