yes, an excellent plan that i will follow to the extent that it is possible, given that europeans don't believe in freezers. seriously, i am lucky my new place ahs a tiny tiny little working freezer, cause none of my friends do. but i am already figuring that is the way i'll have to do it, and package individual servings of meat to defrost.
