Its a voice program with chat rooms. I've set up a u2 voice chat room there for anyone who wants to voice chat.

Its like any other messenger service but one of the best ones around for voice.
When you log on, you click on groups, then music, and find the group called Lipton Village.
Oh and its password protected for now

paltalk u can also have regular voice chats with any people who u have as a buddy on your list.
