I think I must be one of the only people who actually really loves Monster. It's probably my favourite REM album.

If Monster is your first REM album, you'll be getting a very bad impression of the band. Try Document, Life's Rich Pageant, or Green.

Just wondering.

for some reason I find that hilarious, and I know exactly what you're talking about...but I think maybe, y'know, the reason people list these bands is because they actually, um, LIKE them? Just a thought.
