She should've won because of that... Also, I'm glad the other shitty songs didn't win, because Al Otro Lado del Rio is a great song... By the way, the "Antonio Banderas and Santana" Version sucked!! The REAL version is so much better! But the stupid academy didn't let the actual singer/songwriter sing!!!

Other than that, I didn't care for the Oscars.

very unfortunate for me, being a Leo fan, the BBC never had coverage of it as I didnt know Sky bought over.........or whatever.

and thou I never saw Ray, I did see The Aviatar and was really rootin for Leo to win that......to me also, would have made up for the one he never got as Arnie Grape - a character that still steals my heart emotionally.

its a terrible shame, but someday Leo, someday.......



shame Martin never got the Oscar too............glad he got a BAFTA for it thou.......
