They had an entire album devoted to covering U2 songs? Neat-I'll have to try and hear some of these covers.

Listening to the Tubes' "She's A Beauty" right now-boy, does this song bring back memories of my sister and I singing along to it (albeit probably not singing it very well) when we'd listen to our tapes of 80s songs we got back when we were kids :p.

Well, the Dutch audience is strongly divided on this band. They're the Dutch U2/Pearl Jam mix. They have rabid fans and scathing critics. :)

Manic Street Preachers - 'The Masses Against the Classes'

This has become one of my favorites of theirs

I love Masses Against the Classes. It's the song that proves how much the Manics rock.

Har Mar Superstar - Save the Strip

Anyone else not getting this thread to go to page 5 when you enter it?

me: Tröckener Kecks - Met Hart En Ziel
(from Met Hart En Ziel)

Tröckener Kecks - Redding
(last song on Met Hart En Ziel)

I really like this only, even though it's sorta half a Christmas song too (the song is situated around Christmas time, although the emotion the song is about is universal).

Crowded House - Love You 'Til The Day I Die
(from the live bonus disc that came with the first edition of their Recurring Dream: The Very Best Of)
