'CANNIBAL SNACKED ON BODY'

A MAN - dubbed the real-life Hannibal the Cannibal - has been arrested for allegedly killing his victim and freezing the body parts into bite-size pieces he could snack on.
Former soldier 41-year-old Armin M made burgers out of the man's shoulder flesh, steaks from his buttocks and stews from his stomach and thighs, police said.
The dead man was named as IT specialist Bernd Juergen Brandes, 42, from Berlin. They met in an internet chat room.
The State Prosecutor in Kassel, Germany, yesterday said little evidence is left because Armin had eaten most of the body.
Armin claims Brandes was obsessed with the idea of being eaten alive after watching The Silence of the Lambs movie. Police claim Armin dismembered Brandes after New Year's Eve 2000 and filmed the killing on video.
Armin was arrested after he posted an internet advert looking for a second man. It read: "Seeking young, well built 18 to 30-year-old for slaughter."
