Yeah, me too. It clearly helped Boy - though it's worth noting some of its best songs were only created in 1980, e.g. TEC and I Will Follow.

I listened to that very song on a cassette in a hire car, while driving down Cedarwood Road in Dublin, before getting on a plane back to London in 2001.

Memories, like the corner of my mind.....
 
God, OOC was so good live in Boston, even though it was technically a disaster and they accidentally skipped the solo. It was just so SPONTANEOUS and sheer FUN that it was good anyway.
 
I'm so pissed off Bono stopped snippeting Stories For Boys in Vertigo. But I at least got to hear it in Boston. And I yelled for it at EVERY FUCKING SHOW DOWN HERE.

It was a genuinely cool snippet that added to Vertigo, as well. It wasn't a SHE LOVES YOU YEAH YEAH YEAAAAAAAH.

It made the performance better.

Agreed. And it didn't cause dumb "OMG BONO SED THAT?!?!?1211" arguments on here like the Rock 'N' Roll ****** snippet.
