The host of the 2012 Olympics will be chosen between Paris and London in 15 minutes...

Thoughts?

I think Paris is a slam dunk, based on what I have been reading.

I've no idea how they managed to pull this off. If I was a betting man I'd have put money on Paris. They must be really be pissed as this was their third try at it!!!

I love London, beautiful city... now all we have to hope is that we do not have to delay half of the outdoor events because of rain

However, I would have liked the Committee ot perhaps choose a lesser known city to spread the Olympic love around a little more, don't you think? (like the did with Beijing 2008).

I meant it in the sense that London and Paris had previously hosted Olympic games and I was looking for some 'newcomers', if you know what I mean.
